Lovely riverfront and spacious condominium (approx 1300 sq ft) built in 2006 with with incredible river views and easy beach access; about 5 min walk to beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, comfortable seating and entrance to balcony overlooking the Necanicum River. Master bath has granite counters and large walk in shower with granite surround as well. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful wood cabinets, and dishwasher. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a bunk set with trundle bed on lower bunk. Full bathroom is tub/shower combo off the hall. Utility room with washer/dryer in the unit as well. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. Parking for 1 vehicle only (assigned parking)
