Fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave. Main bath has a tub/shower combo, 2nd bathroom has shower, commode and sink plus stack washer/dryer. Fabulous location for family get together plus other rentals close by such as 435 4th right next door and the Riverwalk Condominiums. Parking for 3 cars maximum. Outdoor furniture available for summer with BBQ. River is just 3 properties east.
